This Privacy Policy explains how DilMila, operated by Rajni Web Developer, handles information when you use the DilMila app and website.
1. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process profile information, selected gender, language, region, profile photos, preferences, matches, messages, reports, blocks, support requests, subscription/payment status, app/device information, and technical logs.
2. Device-linked profile
The Android app may read a platform-provided identifier so it can locate the same profile after a supported reinstall. The backend is designed to transform that identifier into a derived keyed value before database storage.
3. Region and language
The app may use IP-based region information to suggest a default language—for example Bengali in West Bengal or Hindi in Jharkhand. You can change the language manually. IP-based location can be approximate.
4. Location
If nearby discovery uses precise device location, DilMila will request the required platform permission. Exact coordinates should not be publicly displayed to other users.
5. Why we use information
We use information to create and restore profiles, provide discovery and matching, deliver chat and notifications, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse, process purchases, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
Profile information you choose to publish is visible to other users according to your settings. We may use service providers for hosting, databases, notifications, payments, analytics, moderation, and security.
7. Payments
When paid features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by an app store or another disclosed payment processor. DilMila should not store full card credentials.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You can request deletion through the app or the public account-deletion page.
9. Adults only
DilMila is intended for users aged 18 and above. People under 18 must not create or use a profile.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices
You can change profile information and language, use privacy controls, block/report users, and request account/data deletion.
